XAT 2025 Exam Pattern
with Subjects and Marks
XAT 2025 will be conducted on January 2025, by XLRI Jamshedpur in an online mode. XAT will be conducted in online mode. The exam is divided into two parts. Paper 1 consists of three sections carrying around 70 objective-type multiple-choice questions. Paper 2 carries two sections which are a mix of objective and subjective types of questions. XAT 20254exam pattern will help candidates to know more about the question paper pattern, marking scheme, duration, the total number of questions, etc.

Important Points of XAT 2025 Exam Pattern
- The medium of the paper is English
- ORS (Optical Response Sheet) will be given for recording the responses.
- The paper will be divided into 2 parts: Part 1 and Part 2
- Part 1 will comprise 72 questions from Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and Decision Making
- Part 2 will comprise 25 questions from General Knowledge and an essay
- All 3 sections will have to be completed in 210 minutes
- The score in GK will be used only for the final selection and not for shortlisting for the interview round.
- Every correct answer will gain 1 mark and every incorrect answer will result in ¼ mark deduction
- Unattempted questions will result in a loss of 0.05 marks after a maximum of 12 questions.
