KEAM 2025 Application Form
Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala released the application form for KEAM 2025 on 6th April 2025. The application process can be completed in five steps, i.e., registration, Filling up the application, Fee Payment, uploading of images & Certificates, and printing the Confirmation Page. The application fee for general candidates is Rs. 700 while applicants belonging to SC category will have to pay Rs. 300 during registration. However, ST candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) or offline through e-challan. How to fill out KEAM Application Form 2025?
Candidates seeking admission to government/ private engineering colleges in the state of Kerala through KEAM 2025 are required to fill out the application form. They must also check the eligibility criteria of KEAM 2025 before filling out the form. The application form can be filled in simple steps as given below.
Step 1. KEAM 2025 Registration
Candidates can fill KEAM 2025 application from the link provided on this page. Upon clicking on the link, they will be redirected to the ‘Proceed for Registration' button from where they can apply for KEAM 2025. Only after successfully registering for the exam they will be allowed to fill KEAM 2025 application form. Candidates can register for the exam by entering the details mentioned below.
- Name of the applicant
- Date of Birth
- Email ID and Mobile no.
- Password
- Security code
After successfully completing registration, click on the ‘Confirm’ button. An application number will be generated that the candidate needs to note down for future login. Applicants can now click 'Proceed for Upload Images' to begin the next step.
Step 2. Filling up of KEAM application form 2025
Candidates will be directed to the next step after uploading the required images. In this step, candidates are required to enter the following details.
Choice of Courses: Course(s) opted for and choice of examination center
Personal details: Candidate’s Gender, Citizenship, Nativity, Aadhaar number and details of Parents/Guardian, Permanent address, and Communication Address
Academic details: Subject studied in class 12, Exam status of class 12 or equivalent, examination board, studied Sanskrit in class 12
Reservation: Whether claiming reservation or not
Income details: The candidate has to furnish details pertaining to family income, district, taluk, etc.
Special Reservation: Special reservation quota (if applicable)
Step 3. KEAM 2025 application fee and payment mode
Candidates will be required to pay the application fee by clicking on the ‘Pay application fee’ button and selecting any one of the following modes:
Online Payment: Candidates can make the payment through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
E-challan: Applicants have to print a copy of the e-challan by clicking on ‘Print challan and make the payment in cash at any of the Head and Sub post offices in Kerala

Step 4. Upload scanned copies of the photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression
In this step, candidates are required to upload scanned copies of recent passport-sized photographs, signatures, and relevant documents. The background of the photograph must be white or light-colored. Check the table below to know more about the specifications of scanned images.

Step 5. Print KEAM application form 2025
After successfully making the payment, candidates have to click on the ‘Print Application’ button to take a printout of the application form. After taking the printout, candidates have to follow the steps provided below:
- In the printed form, candidates have to affix a passport sized photograph similar to the one uploaded at the time of online form submission
- The form must be duly attested by a Government gazetted officer/head of the institution last attended
- Along with the form, applicants have to attach a self-attested copy of their Birth Certificate/SSLC/Passport
- Candidates have to attach an original Income certificate obtained from the Village Officer if details of annual income are provided in the form
- If applicants have claimed any special reservation/PD/inter-caste, they have to attach a certificate in support of their claim.
