Introduction

The JET 2024 will be conducted in the 3^rd week of June 2024. The registration process will begin in the 2^nd week of April in 2024 which will continue till the 2^nd week of May 2024. JET Agriculture 2024 refers to the Rajasthan JET (Junior Engineer Training) exam for admission to various agricultural engineering courses in India. JET 2024 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing for the JET 2024 are required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria that are listed below.

• Candidates should have qualified in subjects – Agriculture, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Candidates should have qualified 10+2 level examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% (5% relaxation for reserved categories).
• Candidates who are appearing in the final year exam are also eligible.
• The age should be 25 years as on 1^st January 2024.

JET 2024 – Registration/Application Process

The application process is conducted online and will begin in the 2^nd week of April in 2024 which will continue till the 2^nd week of May 2024.

Step – 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website and create a profile.

Step – 2: Candidates are then required to register themselves online through the website portal and follow the steps. After registration is done, candidates are then required to fill in the application form.

Step – 3: In the final step, candidates are then required to make the payment for the application form through both online and offline mode.

JET 2024 – Availing of Admit Card

Candidates appearing for the JET 2024 will be able to download their admit cards online. These admit cards will be available in the 2^nd week of June 2024. All the candidates should go through the details provided in their respective hall tickets/admit cards before appearing in the exam venue.

JET 2024 – Syllabus

The syllabus for JET 2024 is based on the syllabus from 11^th and 12^th grade. The questions will be included from subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Agriculture. 

• Chemistry: Basic concept of chemistry, structure of atom, periodic table and periodicity in properties, chemical bonding and molecular structure, redox reaction, equilibrium, etc.

• Physics: Physical world, Units and Measurement, Kinematics, Motion in plane, Dynamics, Laws of Motion, Dynamics of uniform circular motion, work, energy and power, etc.

• Mathematics: Seats and functions, algebra, sequence progression and series, logarithm, matrices, coordinate geometry, etc.
• Agriculture: Arid Agriculture, Weather and Climate, Weed, Crop rotation, soil, irrigation, water drainage, Introduction to agriculture machinery, etc.

• Biology: Taxonomy and classification of plants, sexual reproduction in flowering plants, the cell, genetics, Ecology and environment, etc.

JET 2024 – Exam Pattern

Time Limit: 2 hours

Exam Mode: English and Hindi language in offline mode with 200 questions.

Marking: For each correct answer a candidate will be given 4 marks, meanwhile for each incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.
