Recommends this college
Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology is a good overall pick for students. The college offers plenty of placement chances. The Placement cell puts efforts to secure prospective placements for students. So, if you stay focused and consistent, you can get a decent deal. The college life is pleasant. The clubs and groups are extremely active. That is something I would want to underline, because these groups hold events on a regular basis and are always available to new students. If one is a member of a club, whether technical or non-technical, he or she will have access to a wide range of options.Coming to the campus, it is small in size. It covers approximately 5-6 acres of land. The infrastructure is not very extraordinary. The classrooms lack air conditioning, making it extremely tiresome and difficult throughout the summers. The faculty is good and highly supportive of students, but their teaching method is similar to that of other colleges. They can adopt more practicality in their teaching style. Sport activities are less conducted as compared to other events , it should be encouraged more among the students. So if you are looking for an average college and you have no chance of grabbing a seat in top engineering colleges , then you may go for BPIT , however if you want a college with terrific infrastructure, then it might not be a choice for you .

Campus Facilities: Our college provides decent facilities .The campus size is modest. Although, it looks cool with a huge ground and centre lawn. There is a Library available in the college with a huge number of books and journals from national as well as international authors. You can easily issue books .The labs are equipped with all the necessary instruments and devices. The labs are also wifi enabled .The classrooms, however, are not equipped with air conditioners and it really becomes very exhausting in the summers.Other than that, it's fine .There is a hostel available for girls only , since I don't live there ,so I personally have not much idea about the hostel , however other students say that it's average. The food quality in canteen is just okay . Although , there are 3 different shops , so you get variety of options . Our college has no ATM facility as of now . Also the area around our college has no hangout zone , so you can't really hang out much with your friends outside the college.
Campus Life: Campus life is vibrant. There are numerous groups and clubs, both technical and non-technical, that are highly active in organizing events and such. Some examples include Namespace (technical society), Kalam (literary society), and Anveshan. Events and campaigns are held from time to time. Technical society frequently hold hackathons, which provide students with several opportunities to learn and gain exposure. Students can also join more than two societies, and auditions are always open for them. Being a member of a club provides numerous opportunities to excel in your field of interest. Our college also has an annual festival called Malhaar, which takes place between October and November. It's a fantastic event that has previously attracted well-known personalities. The college crowd is friendly and encouraging to juniors. However, the sports activities are less organized and can be more focused on the students.
Faculty: Our faculty is highly qualified There's no question about it.The lecturers have done masters in their respective subject from reputed institutes such as DTU . Most of them have more than 20 years of teaching experience. They are PHD and Msc holders They teach good enough, however as I said that , their teaching style is not very different from other college's faculties .They can make you understand the topic so that you can have good grasp over it but they should adopt practical approach as well . Apart from teaching , the faculty members are very supportive of students .They guide you throughout your journey and if any student is having any trouble, they are always there to help
Placements: The Placement Cell really put all the efforts it can to ensure that the student get enough opportunities to shine. Along with placements, the college also provides internship opportunities. Recruiters such as Zomato, Accenture, ZS Associates, etc. have visited the campus in the past offering decent package of more than around 12 LPA. The highest package was offered by Zomato of 50 Lakh CTC. Internships provide different roles in different domains such as software developer , Internet of things etc . Many offer stipends of around ?20000-30000 per month .Coming to the placement aspect , some stats are provided below so that you get a slight idea of placements in our college . 107 single offers in 2021 , 122 single offers in 2022, 211 multiple offers in 2021and 110 multiple offers in 2023 were made only in CSE department.
