TS LAWCET counselling 2024 registration deadline extended till August 24

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has extended the registration deadline for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) 2024 counselling process until August 24. Initially, the deadline was set for August 20. This extension provides candidates more time to complete their registration and submit the required documents for admission to three-year and five-year LLB programmes.

Qualified candidates can register for the TS LAWCET 2024 counselling through the official website, lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. The registration process requires candidates to fill out an application form, pay the required fee, and upload the necessary documents. The registration fee for General category candidates is Rs 800, while candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories must pay Rs 500. Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, or internet banking.

Documents required for TS LAWCET counselling 2024

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following documents during registration:

–TS LAWCET 2024 rank card

–Memorandum of marks (SSC or equivalent, Intermediate or equivalent, and qualifying examination marks)

–Provisional or degree certificate of the qualifying examination

–Equivalence certificate (for candidates who pursued their degree outside Telangana)

–Migration certificate (if applicable)

–Study certificates from Class 5 to graduation

–Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination

–Parent’s residence certificate in Telangana for 10 years (for non-local candidates)

–Employer certificate (for children of state or central government employees)

–Transfer certificate

–Community certificate

–Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) certificate (if applicable)

The TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET exams were conducted on June 3, 2024, in three shifts. The rank obtained in TS LAWCET 2024 is valid for admissions to 3-year and 5-year law courses for the academic year 2024-2025. Candidates are advised to complete their registration process before the deadline and ensure that all required documents are correctly uploaded for a smooth admission process.
