Karnataka KCET 2024 application window re-opens till March 15

Candidates yet to apply for the undergraduate CET (UGCET) can now register for the exam till March 15 on the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
KCET 2024: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) today re-opened the registration window for the state’s Common Entrance Test (KCET). Candidates yet to apply for the undergraduate CET (UGCET) can now register for the exam till March 15 on the official website – cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
KEA started the registration process of KCET 2024 on January 10. The last date to fill the application form for KCET was scheduled for February 10 first, and was further extended to February 23.
Candidates who have not paid the KCET application fees earlier will also be allowed to pay during this period. The deadline to pay the application fee and register for the exam is March 16, 5:30 pm. KEA will conduct KCET 2024 on April 18 and 19.
UGCET 2024: How to apply
Step 1: Visit the official website — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
Step 2: Then on the home page navigate to the link that reads, “KCET registration 2024”
Step 3: Fill in the valid credentials for the application form
Step 4: Pay the required application fee
Step 5: Finally download the registration form for your reference
As a first, KEA this year also launched an App that can be downloaded from the KEA website. Schedules and notifications are available on the App. Applicants will not be required to visit the website every time. Also, as soon as the candidates start registration, they will receive messages from WhatsApp about the status of their applications. Besides, the Candidates Portal allows one to know the status of fee payment and other details of the application.
KCET is held as an eligibility test to shortlist candidates for admission to engineering, veterinary and pharmacy courses.
For admission to courses including medical, dental, ayurveda, unani, homoeopathy and allied courses, candidates have been advised to register during this period only as no provision to fill the KCET 2024 application form will be allowed again, KEA said.
