AP EAMCET 2024: Registration starts for final phase counselling

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has started the final phase of registration against the counselling of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2024 today, July 23. The candidates who are interested and eligible for the counselling process may participate in the final phase of counselling through the official website – eapcet-sche.aptonline.in.

AP EAMCET web counselling will facilitate admissions in universities, private engineering colleges, and private universities for BE and BTech courses under the Convenor quota of the state of Andhra Pradesh. The counselling process will include payment of registration fee, certificate verification and filling of options and the last date to register for the counselling process is July 27.

The candidates will be eligible for admission only if they have completed their intermediate education through CBSE, ICSE, National Open School, or APOSS. To qualify, open-category students need a minimum of 44.5 percent in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in Class 12, while reserved-category students need at least 39.5 percent in these subjects.

Candidates who fulfill any of the following conditions are eligible for the final phase of counselling:

– Secured a seat but have not shown interest in joining.

- Have not secured a seat yet but have had their certificates verified.

– Had their certificates verified but have not exercised their options.

– Secured a seat, reported, and are hoping for a better option.

– Reported or not reported but have cancelled their allotment.

– Attended certificate verification according to the schedule above

AP EAMCET 2024: Important dates

The final counselling process for AP EAMCET includes several important dates. The online payment of the processing fee, registration, and online certificate verification will take place from July 23 to July 25. The online verification of uploaded certificates at helpline centers will continue until July 26. Registered and eligible candidates will be able to exercise their web options from July 24 to July 26. The candidates will be allowed to change their options on July 27. The seat allotment will be announced on July 30, followed by self-reporting and reporting at the college from July 31 to August 3.
