Students can find basic amenities at the hostels. Kaveri Ladies Hostel, Amaravathi Ladies Hostel, and Bhavani Ladies Hostel are the three female-only hostels located within the campus. The hostels at KEC Erode provide guests with a cozy stay.
Medical Facility- Kongu Engineering College offers medical assistance to its instructors, staff, and students through its dispensary. Two licensed physicians work at the dispensary.
