The Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) is a private engineering and management college located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It was founded in 1989 and is the oldest private engineering college in West Bengal. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of engineering and management. It is ranked as the 3^rd best engineering college in West Bengal after IIT Kharagpur and NIT Jadavpur.
