In the academic year 2009–2010, the Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies is founded in Aurangabad. Developed by the guidelines of the All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), Government of India, Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies is affiliated with the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere. The B.Tech degree, which offers five specialities, and the MBA program are the institute's flagship offerings. There is also an M.Tech course offered.
