Job Description :

  1. Wipro BPS hiring for International Airlines Voice Process:
  2. AIRLINES PROCESS (Customer Service)
  3. Designation - Associate 
  4. Voice Process
  5. Airlines process
  6. Rotational Shifts (majorly night shifts) & Rotational Offs 
  7. 5 days working (6 days during training) 
  8. Salary starts from 11000 till 16500 (NET) 
  9. Excellent English Communication Skills required 
  10. IATA would be an added advantage.

Basic Skills :

  1. Excellent Communication
  2. Basic computer skills
  3. Should be comfortable in 24/7 rotation environment,
  4. UK Timings for UK Process,
  5. Minimum qualification required HSC Passed
  6. BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ MCM/ MBA ( Need not apply)
  7. Candidate should not be pursuing any regular course .
  8. Freshers are welcomed
  9. Candidates should reside with in transportation boundaries-(CST to Belapur, Thane to Vashi, CST to Thane and Colaba to Mira Road)
