Job Description :

Responsibilities :

  1. Monitor and ensure query resolution as per TAT
  2. Monitor mailbox and act accordingly without delay.
  3. Distribute work among the team on priority basis
  4. Support fellow team members on queries relating to process
  5. Verify all transactions
  6. Identify risk areas in the process and implement mitigation plans
  7. Escalate any process related ambiguities to the supervisors or manager for clarification
  8. Support the team manager in capturing performance related data and report MIS on a timely basis
  9. Identify and implement process improvements/best practices
  10. Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  1. Graduate or MBA International Business/Finance
  2. Good Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)
  3. 0-4 years of experience
  4. In-depth knowledge of letter of credit cycle and processes
  5. Knowledge of guidelines such as UCP, URR, ISBP, etc.
  6. Problem solving and Analytical skills
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
  8. Open to working in a 24/7 environment

Desired Skills :

  1. CDCS Certification
  2. Financial Services/Ops experience.
