Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Any Graduate (arts/science degree or diploma holders with no current arrears) from 2018 and 2019 Batch
  2. Candidates with arrears will be considered only if they have BPO experience 
  3. BE/BTech/MBA/MCA graduates from 2016 to 2018 will be considered 
  4. BPO experience will be an added advantage. 
  5. BE/BTech/MBA/MCA from 2019 batch are not eligible.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform pre-call analysis and check the status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal services
  2. Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send the necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference
  3. Record after-call actions and perform post-call analysis for the claim follow-up
  4. Assess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure that customer inquiry are resolved at the first point of contact
  5. Provide accurate product/ service information to the customer, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on client's systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc prior to making the call
  6. Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/underpayments.

Skills Required:

Excellent Communication in English
Shifts: Must be willing to work in night shifts

CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA
