Job Notification in West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB), Kolkata has invited the applicants for 279 post of Librarian ,Block Medical Officer. Eligible candidates should apply online through the official website, www.wbhrb.in on or before last date 11-09-2017.

1.Librarian - 63
2.Block Medical Officer of Health - 216
Candidates should not more than Not Exceeding 39 years for Post(1), 36 years for Post(2) as on 01-01-2017. However, the upper age-limit is relaxable as per government rules for different categories.
Applicants have posses Bachelors Degree in any discipline with diploma in library science from any recognized university and Masters Degree in any discipline with diploma in library science from any recognized university for post 1 and post graduate degree or post graduate diploma in public health, epidemiology, health management and hospital administration for post 2. Based on Written Test followed by Interview conducted by WBHRB.
Candidates pay the fee Rs.210/- for Unreserved candidates. No Fee for SC/ST/PWD reserved category candidates. The Application fee should be pay through Bank Counter in any Branch of Banks Participating in the GRIPS (Government Recipient Portal System, Government of West Bengal Through Duplicate Challan, as generated after filling up the online registration Form with basic information. Government Receipt Head of Account is 0051-00-104-002-16. Candidates who fit the eligibility criteria can apply online only through the official website of the WBHRB, www.wbhrb.in between 01-09-2017 to 11-09-2017.

The West Bengal Health Recruitment Board(WBHRB) has been set up by an Act of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly in the year 2003 for better management of the health and medical education related courses which were so far taught separately by the University of Calcutta, and the Universities of Burdwan and North Bengal. All the courses have been brought under one umbrella for helping in upgrading the level of teaching in the state.Its conduct the different jobs for various sectors.
