Candidates must have attained age of 21 years & must not have attained age of 38 years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for male candidates, 10 years for women candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Backward (BC) & Special Backward Class (SBC), 05 years for women candidates of general category & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.
Candidates should possess 04 years full time Graduation Degree in Engineering with 60% marks or AIME with 50% marks in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial/ Thermal/ Mechanical & Automation/ Power Engineering/ Structural/ Civil/ Civil Construction/ Civil Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Power/ Power Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Controls/ Fire Fighting/ Industrial Safety equivalent from a University/ Institution established by Law in India & recognised equivalent to full time Graduation Degree in Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.
Candidates will be selected based on computer based written competitive examination

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUN) has been entrusted with the job of development of power projects under state sector, in the state along with operation & maintenance of state owned power stations. Government of Rajasthan constituted the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (RVUN) under Companies Act-1956 on 19th July, 2000. The Nigam is since playing lead role in giving highest priority to the power generation for manifold and rapid development of the state.
