Applicants age should minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age limit is relaxable as per government rules for different categories.
Candidates should Posses Graduation Degree or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Government & Knowledge in Basic Computer Skills. For Posts wise eligibility criteria details refer official notification.
Based on Preliminary Examination, Main Examination followed by Practical Skill Test/Viva voce conducted by OSSC.
Applicants required to pay Rs.100/- for Unreserved Category & No Fee for SC, ST & PWD category candidates. The Application fee should be pay through online mode during filling Online Application Form. Eligible candidates can apply online only through the official website of the OSSC, www.ossc.gov.in between 18-09-2017 to 17-10-2017.

The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) was set up by Govt. of Odisha as a statutory body in the year 1994 for doing direct administering against Group-C posts in the State unit (as against District structure) as might be sorted out in the OSSC Rules, 1993.There are some spot in the level of 85 amazing units of posts/relationship under specific qualities of Government to which determination is made through this Commission. .The Commission is passing by the Chairman, and moreover it combines a Member.They are alloted by the Government, and are energized by Rules controlling their choice and conditions of service.The Commission is attempted and consistent with the General Administration Department of Government in complete and cash related matters.Secretary is the Head of Office; and helping him are the Joint Secretary/Addl.
