Candidates should possess M.Sc/ M.Tech in Geoinformatics with 55% marks from a recognised university.
Candidates will be selected based on interview.

About NEHU: 
North-Eastern Hill University was set up by an Act of Parliament and taught on nineteenth July 1973.The destinations with respect to the University, as set down in the show up, are to spread and activate data by giving instructional and examination working situations in such branches of learning as it should consider fit; to give cautious thought to the change of the social and money related conditions and welfare of the complete gathering of the incline zones of the North-eastern locale, and particularly, the shrewd individual, insightful and social advancement".The area of the University connected at first to the states of Meghalaya and Nagaland and the past Union Territories of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram with the establishment of the Nagaland University on 6th September 1994, the space of NEHU ceased over Nagaland. In like course with the establishment of the Mizoram University the zone of NEHU over Mizoram other than quit June, 2001.
