Job notification in Ajmer Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited (AVVNL) for 190 Junior Engineer Posts.Eligible candidates can apply online from 21-09-2016 to 13-10-2016.

Civil: 03 Posts
Candidates must have attained age of 21 years & must not have attained age of 37 years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for male candidates, 10 years for women candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Backward (BC) & Special Backward Class (SBC), 05 years for women candidates of general category & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.
Candidates should possess 04 years full time Graduation Degree in Engineering with 60% marks/ AIME with 50% marks in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Civil/ Civil Construction/ Civil Engineering/ equivalent from a University/ Institution established by Law in India & recognised equivalent to full time Graduation Degree in Engineering by AICTE, New Delhi.
Candidates will be selected based on computer based written competitive examination

About AVVNL:
Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd, (AJMER DISCOM) has been established under the Companies Act,1956 by Govt. of Rajasthan. The Ajmer Discom has been created with the principal object of engaging in the business of distribution and supply of electricity in 11 districts of Rajasthan, namely Ajmer, Bhilwara, Nagaur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Doongarpur and Pratapgarh. The area of operation of Ajmer Discom is 87256 sq. km. And the population in this area is 198 lacs as per 2001 census. The power supply in the Ajmer Discom is managed by 12 distribution circles i.e. Ajmer City, Ajmer District, Bhilwara, Nagaur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Udaipur, Banswara, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Doongarpur and Pratapgarh.
